| DXF
data and closed boundary |
One of the procedures to design the high-frequency circuit
pattern is to use drawing CAD. The data designed by these
CAD are outputted by DXF file format.
In order to input the DXF data into the PCB prototyping machine
or other simulation software, you have to make DXF data closed
boundary, otherwise these are unacceptable. The following
is the typical examples of unclosed boundary.
The illustrations above are exaggerated to some degree, But
it causes the error and trouble unable to be accepted, even
if it can detectable without enlargement. In case of the complicated
design, there can be several dozen unclosed boundaries.
